My Relationship With Others
Scriptures of the Day:
James 3:17-18. “Wisdom from above is first of all pure. It is also peace loving gentle at all times and willing to yield to others. It is full of mercy and good deeds. It shows no favoritism and is always sincere. And those who are peacemakers will plant seeds of peace and reap a harvest of righteousness.”
Each person I work with is different. Each as a complex blend of temperament and personality plus. And, I think this is the cause of most conflict.
Differences in personality cause most of the communication problems—more often we do not understand one another. Sometimes we use certain words towards but mean differently.
Good leaders know the value of individual differences. Their personalities just fit in and they are able to relate easily.
The above verses tell us true wisdom. From these verses, I can draw inspirations on how to deal with different individuals.
I will be always true to my commitment. Be harmonious and peace-loving. I will be gentle and avoid ridicule.
I will be always understanding and be motivational in my dealings.
